Resort Development

  • Phase 1: Site construction- COMPLETE

    • This phase of development is complete and includes roughing in sites​, roads and services.

    • Firewood available for member use free of charge. Public and seasonal campers have access to firewood for a cost.

    • Walking and RV trails developed through the site.

  • Phase 2: Services- COMPLETE

    • Power is available at some sites. Camping is now available with and without power.

    • Water delivery now available for RV's.

    • Dump station is available.

    • Unserviced cabins (2) are now available.

    • Membership price reviewed. Membership cost increased.

  • Phase 3: Amenities-COMPLETE

    • Twighlight Center complete. Includes flush toilets, showers, small kitchen, games, vending machines, movie exchange, book exchange and an activity center.

    •  Aurora Hub now complete. This entertainment space allows for member gathering, and resort events. 

    • Playground established.

    • Swimming pool available.

    • Propane now available onsite.

    • Hot tub onsite for member use.

    • Movie room available for member use

    • Frisbee golf and mini golf now available.

  • Phase 4: Promotional items and increased member benefits. COMPLETE

    • Coast-to-Coast approved for Northern Lights RV resort.

    • Northern Lights RV Resort promotional items available for sale.

Resort Development in Progress

  • Phase 5: Currently in progress

    • Mobile RV dumping unit​ available on site- Complete

    • Graveling of the roadways, sites and common areas.

    • Membership cost review to be completed.

    • 2 x new Cabin to be built and wired for electrical- Complete

    • Website and Facebook pages to be updated for members/community.

    • Promotion and development of NLRV Resort gourmet food sales program.

  • Phase 6: Upcoming

    • Day use area to be enhanced.​

    • New events added to NLRV resort through the summer

    • Comfort station #2 to be finished.

    • Start day use camping for the public.
